Neil R L Smith
Chief Executive
Neil Smith is co-founder and Chief Executive of Robert Lindsay Associates, a specialised search firm focusing entirely on the media sector.
Operating predominantly at senior management level, Neil has successfully handled a variety of UK and International assignments for household brands such as MTV Networks, 20th Century Fox, Showtime and Discovery Networks Europe. Assignments have included all management positions from board through to programming, sales, marketing and operations.
Neil has over a decade of search experience with such companies including Korn/Ferry International and Hanover Fox International where he successfully built and led the firm’s media and entertainment practice. More recently he was at DHR International where he was Executive Vice President and UK Managing Director.
Neil lives in Twickenham with his wife and two children. He is a passionate Arsenal fan and proud season ticket holder as well as being a very occasional tennis player. More recently Neil has been roped in to taking up Ballroom dancing. He’s doing his best.
Neil gained a 2.1 honours degree in Law from Leicester University.
