Neil Smith is founder of Robert Lindsay Associates, a specialised search firm focusing entirely on the media sector. Since the company's inception, Neil has conducted successful searches for a variety of influential positions at ITN, BSkyB, Pinewood Studios, BBC Worldwide and The Antenna Group.

Previously Neil has worked for large search companies such as Korn Ferry and Hanover Fox, predominantly at senior management level. More recently he was at DHR International, where he was Executive Vice President and UK Managing Director. With nearly two decades of search experience, he has successfully handled a variety of UK and international assignments for household brands such as MTV Networks, 20th Century Fox, Showtime and Discovery Networks Europe. Assignments have included all management positions from board through to programming, sales, marketing and operations.

Neil has a degree in Law from Leicester University. He lives in Gerrards Cross with his wife and two children. He is a passionate Arsenal fan and proud season ticket holder as well as being a very occasional tennis player.
